Overall Detox

Hi,
I am trying to do an overall detox.I have been using the 30th anniversary pads for the past week. They started off dark in the morning and now they are dark around the edges and pure white in the middle. Does this mean I do not need them anymore? Also, do you recommend certain pads for difficulty in getting pregnant? Thank you! Sara
