Pain-under left shoulder pain

Pain started a week ago. Has gone from diffused to sharp. And has spread to outside of ribs. On back left side. Also left side lower back, waistband area.
Had 5 Element acupuncture treatment on Friday, was told it was the kidney meridian. And started applying the pain patch. 4 x nightly since then, where lower back & spine reflexology ( from your diagram). Now have red blemishes on inside of left breast, on outside of left breast, under arm ( 2 quite large) red blemishes, toward back, and several small ones around spine. Don’t hurt except when pressed on, except underarm ones feels like a pinching, and shoulder blade feels sharp. Blemishes have gotten slightly bigger, redder, esp underarm. I feel this is a detox going on tho ??
Which patch - have been using pain, and Where is best placement ?
I’m sleeping better, esp last night.
