Hi Niros,
Although you can certainly try the Carbon Titanium Adhesives, the medical white adhesive is more than sufficient for treating plantar fasciitis.
The length of the treatment varies depending on the severity of the condition. Although the result can be felt immediately after use, we recommend a continuous application according to the prescribing information for more than 12 weeks to ensure a complete recovery. A complete recovery means that the user is free from the illnesses and the symptoms do not return in the future.
