Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder PTSD

My brother post-traumatic stress PTSD are improving when I get him on TRMX-3 patches. I could see he is now somewhat calmer and smiling once in a while. Before that he was very agitated and unresponsive to any medications. He was deployed to Iraq and got terribly injured. Could you please advise the best application and program for him?
