Thanks! I just have one more question. What schedule to you suggest for each of these pads, and does it really matter on what part of the bottom of the foot I place each pad? For instance, do I need to place the silver pads on the bottom of my toes as a reflexology chart may suggest for sinus issues? Thanks again.
