severe long term headaches

Hello,
I am having severe headaches for about 8 months every day. Pain killers do not remove the headache entirely. It's not a migrane as I don't have any typical migrane symtoms.
I have been using the golden pad for 1.5 months. It did not remove the headaches, but solved my insomnia problem, I don't have to use any sleeping pills anymore.
Now I purchased green pads KX-2 as I read in this section, that these are stronger pads for solving headache problem.
How should I use them - just like the golden pads - place on each foot every night or there is a certain pattern combined with e.g. golden pads?
