We regret to inform you that, after careful consideration, we cannot approve your company as a distributor for Kenrico products.
Our decision is based in concerns about observed levels of customer service standards and product safety. We have also received reports about multiple complaints and legal notices in regards to the products provided by your company, specifically citing instances of lymphedema and rapid weight gain, attributed to the absence of a crucial component (sporolife) in the product composition, which is mandated by the regulation.
This decision has been finalized and is not subject to change. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
