Three different issues

Hello,
I am helping different people with different set of issues. Can you help with information on suitable pads for each?
Person 1: 78 year old male. Severe urination difficulty. Happened right after receiving anesthesia for a different surgery.
Person 2: 21 year old male. Very severe psoriasis, worsening in last 5 years. Rapidly growing, peeling, itching patches on legs, arms, forehead and scalp.
Person 3: 50 year old male. Pre-Diabetes symptoms. High CRP, Very high triglycerides. Itchy skin rashes on body, especially neck folds. Severe dandruff on scalp. Multiple skin tags. Small new moles on skin. Really itchy earwax, also excessive production of earwax. Suspected fungal/candida trouble.
Person 4: 57 year old male. Very high triglycerides.
