Update new health concerns from recent labs

Hello again,
I messaged a month or so ago but I have an update from my recent blood work / labs.
1. Hashimotos (elevated antibodies)
2. Chronic Parasite Infection (liver flukes and schistosomiasis to name a few)
3. ANA Panel just came back positive Homogenous 1:80 (possible Lupus??)
4. Epstein–Barr virus is currently in a Reactivated State
5. hs-CRP (inflammation marker) is 2.3 *Moderate*
My practitioner thinks addressing the chronic parasite infection is most important as she believes it can be the reason for the EBV and ANA issues!
Please help me with the best protocol based on this new information.
