Hi there,
The grapefruit edition (SS1L) or the enchanced grapefruit edition (TG-1) are highly recommended for weight loss. If you are suffering from obesity, we highly recommend the enchanced grapefruit pads (TG-1). The best application area for weight loss is the middle section of the foot soles where reflex points of stomach and intestines are located.
To treat arthritis, please use the gold edition pads (TRMX-2). If you are suffering from rheumatoid arthritis, please include the red edition pads (EXA-2) and green tea pads (CC) into your usage schedule.
