Adrenal Fatigue and Candida

I have been diagnosed with severe Adrenal Fatigue and have suffered from Candida for years.
1)I am currently following your protocol for Candida and Blepharitis but wondered if there is something else I should be doing for the Adrenal Fatigue?
2)Also, I seem to have a difficult time sleeping soundly when I wear the pads. Could I be using too many too quickly or could I be reacting to something in the pads?
