I had not used the pads for a couple weeks and then started again with the new protocol you provided. Beginning the first night, my temperature rose at night, causing me to sweat heavily. The second night I woke up in the night and was abnormally hot but I did not sweat. I am not sick as I have no other symptoms and this only started when I began the pads again. Could it be a detoxing effect? I did notice more energy, during the day, after only using them two days:)
