digestive problems, yeast

dear Kenrico,
you have been a Godsend to us in the past so we are turning again to you for help. my dad was doing so well with our last schedule (December '09?) that i slacked off quite a bit these last 5 (?) months except for maybe once a week.
my dad has had a recurring problem with digestive issues ALL his life - burping mostly, some gas (nerves & bad nutrition) - but that has increased considerably (excessive actually) and has resulted in his vomiting anything and everything, even a bite of banana (1st day was vomit all day, 2nd day started Mylanta before anything given - to avoid regurgitation and always sits up).
he has had no energy, so vomits all food unless I use Mylanta before meals - has extreme phlegm (thick, sticky mucous) rattles when he breathes unless he sleeps sitting up, breathes quickly even "at rest", is a bit hoarse at times, has very dry mouth!, plus *intermittent fevers!! this all last 4 days.
(same symptoms: april '07 ended up in the hospital, with carafate and prilosec - side effects so bad we quit).
we cleaned up his diet (no processed), got off 90% of all the meds, he has only one medication left (other than the Mylanta, antacids, occasional Milk of Magnesia) it is 25 mg. Seroquel (*he does NOT need an anti-psychotic) - it is for sleeping - otherwise he is panicky and awake all night (i give tryptophan to calm, but it is not enough - will sleep 30 min. then is awake all night, very upset/frightened, but will sleep all day instead - scared of dark? i keep lights on but he knows).
he has been stressed/fearful all his life, digestion sensitive (excessive burping, gas), used to smoke excessively (all his life) due to nerves, quit 6 yrs. ago.
he seemed to be doing pretty good with our kenrico schedule before, so we sort of stopped except occasionally and his digestion seemed alright. we started on RAW milk, this seemed to be ok (?). *then i started adding (non)raw yogurt/cottage cheese/butter for variety - i did use raw sugar/brown sugar for his oatmeal, but no breads. *he had issues with milk products before but seemed ok with the "raw" milk.
this latest was precipitated by not having a bowel movement for about 6 days (very unusual - so gave Milk of Magnesia otherwise would not have happened), then couple days later starts vomiting (fevers, mucous, has to sit up to sleep to avoid regurgitating) - vomits with ANY food at all - to avoid this i give him Mylanta first, then basically fruit or juice or light soup (light).
as i wrote in dec. 09, he is 80 - always healthy before the onslaught of prescribed medicines (horrible). now he is off all medicines except the 25 mg. seroquel (which i would like to eliminate but he fears at night & won't sleep if i don't).
sorry for the long post, i tried to give as much info as i thought you might need. God bless you and thank you so much for your help.
