What you are experiencing is the symptoms of withdrawal caused by your past drug use. Drug users are susceptible to drug overdose because certain type of drugs can gradually increase the THC tolerance.
Although stopping the consumption of recreational drugs may be the best method, on medical point of view, the body is capable of processing certain type of drugs safely as long as the dosage is kept within the minimum by the users. For example, to prevent THC tolerance from increasing, it is recommended to cut the marijuana dosage to 1/3 the prescribed dosage and applied repetitively throughout the day until the dosage is met. THC tolerance will increase if marijuana is applied in full dose at once.
