Ex-marine, trouble sleeping

I've been experiencing trouble sleeping due to frequent nightmares. I don't think I have a PTSD or that kind of stupid nervous breakdown. My time serving in the marines (retired now), may be affecting me. I've heard positive things about your foot patches and am interested in trying them. Could you recommend which ones I should consider, given the many variety you offer?
