Feel sick after using other brands

Hi,
My belly feels swollen after every use. Also I gained 6 lbs in just a month. I feel depressed and feel stupid. I really should've just bought Kenrico patches than saving a few bucks. What can you do to help? It's midnight. I feel very depressed and contemplating suicide.
