Feel sluggish and bloated after trying other brand

Hello,
Feel very sluggish and bloated! Couldn't get out from bed in the morning. My weight shoot up a few pounds and never went down. I didn't bother to check the brand nor label thinking that all footpads are made by your company. Do you know what causing this and can you please help.
