Posted on January 8, 2014 at 01:58:51 PM by Shlomi
Hello,

I am a 33-year-old man, 1.87m and 86kg, I am usually healthy, I have Mediterranean diet, and I drink a whiskey and beers several times a week, I do not smoke weed once a week (not smoking cigarets).

There are two issues concerning me:

1. foot pain after arthroscopy meniscus removal:
Six years ago, I had a 2 tears in my meniscus of my right knee, I had an arthroscopy to remove these tears (Large bucket handle tear and another small tear in my medial meniscus).

Since then I recovered, had physiotherapy, and now I am walking again, but I still have a constant pain in my right knee, I also lost some of the movement range and there is pain when I am climbing on steps.. Also, I have feet ache after long stand and low backache after walking long time.

2. Perennial Allergy - running nose and dry cough:
I think I got an Allergy, every time when I drink alcohol (even small amount i have running nose.
I got this symptoms every day, but i never had fever or anything else. I used CLARINASE REPETABS and this helped me for few days.

3. headache
sometimes i got very strong headache in the right appear back side of my head.
this headache comes and goes without any treatment.

4. tired to much
lately I finf my self tired to much, I use to sleep 6 hours each night, during the past few weeks I always tired, even if I sleep 12 hours i find it hard to wake up.

can you advise?

thanks
Shlomi
