I've read on your site that the gold water purifier that I purchased in 2014 doesn't need any back flushing.
If I understand correctly, it doesn't need any cleaning.
What happens to the toxins that are withheld?
And what happens to the particles (like sand etc.) that sometimes are in the tab water?
