Hi Crystal,
For a complete recovery that includes prevention to future candida overgrowth, we highly recommend a continuous daily treatment according to the prescribed schedule.
The length of treatment varies depending on the severity of the candida condition. A mild to slight candida requires from just a few days to a few weeks of treatment. 12 to 16 weeks are the common treatment length for moderate to severe candida condition.
The Supreme Gold Edition (TRMX-3) is the best and the most effective treatment for cleansing heavy metals. If the treatment is focused for treating heavy metals poisoning, a daily use of the TRMX-3, with daily dosage of between two (2) pads to eight (8) per day - depending on severity of the heavy metals poisoning, is highly recommended.
All the best,
Kenrico MCS
