How to cure hand pain

I use kenrico pads with carbon titanium, and they work very good for my foot pain. But my hand pain still not go away. In the morning I cannot bend my fingers, especially when cold, very painful.
Can I use the pads on my hand too? Or you have something better for hands? I saw one pad on your website but I am not sure if it is for hand and where to get it. Let me know please.
