Need help

Greetings from canada. I was told by your dealer to post my question here. My health is deteriorating after I was given a small chinese patch by my chinese work colleague. Never trust your colleague. Especially the chinese.
I had experienced weight gain and had difficulty breathing in some occasion. Maybe the patch has chinese virus in it I don't know. I searched for help and found your dealer who gave me your gold pads which i believe was the trmx4. It stopped my weight gain and helped me breathe. But my weight remains unchanged at all. I can't fit my normal clothes. What do you recommend to help me rid off the extra weight. I also wanted to get rid of the fat on my belly.
