Hi Pat,

Core improvement is related to more lean muscles and less body fat percentage. Muscle does not weight more than fat, but it makes people look leaner because muscles take less space in the body than fat. We often find that people can have identical weight and height but ones with better body shape and energy always have stronger core.

It is possible to alter your protocol by increasing the dosage and/or by concentrating only on the Enhanced Grapefruit Edition TG-1i. But if the weight is an ideal weight for your body to maintain good health, altering it may cause unwanted symptoms such as sudden loss of energy and exhaustion. If you need alteration to your protocol, please provide us complete information such as your age, current weight, and height. Also, if you have done bone mass density test (BMD), please provide us the information. If you do not have your BMD information, please provide us BMD of your closest relatives.

All the best,
KenricoCare
