Rash on foot, neuropathy, & bulging veins

I have had a bulging vein on the top of my right foot for probably a decade. The top of the foot now has an itchy rash. My leg feels numb by varying degrees during the day. Occasionally a boil on the left side of my back flares up. A nurse practitioner friend who looked at my foot and the boil said it looked like heavy metal poisoning. I have at least a dozen silver amalgam fillings that I plan to have taken out this year, but in the meantime I need relief.
