Good morning, I'm 68 years old and I briefly tried your Mega Gold and TMRX 5 patches and I was very happy with them! I would kindly request which patches to use, especially to address a problem with cold hands and feet. Unfortunately, the Italian distributor doesn't carry all the models, but in addition to those mentioned, I can also purchase the TMRX Life, Life plus+, and Diamond Hybrid DHE 30 th.
