Hi Lorenzo,
Since you are regularly exercising by walking 10 - 12 km a day, we recommend increasing the dosage of the MEGA ZEO 17000 mg. Regular exercise can cause gradual wear on the joints and ligaments, and their recovery can be accelerated with the MEGA ZEO.
