Hi Lorenzo,
The MEGA ZEO and TRMX 5 should be applied to each foot, for example, MEGA ZEO on the heart area of the left foot and TRMX 5 on the liver area of the right foot.
Gently shake the pads to distribute the contents evenly, then press them firmly so that the surface touches the skin. Each application should be kept on for about eight hours.
