Hi Swallow,
To meet the prescribed daily dosage of four (4) pads per day for Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday with application of ONCE (1x) per day, that was prescribed for you, you can administer:
TWO (2) WRX-2i pads on the reflex points of kidney and liver on one foot (one WRX-2i on kidney and one WRX-2i on liver), AND
TWO (2) TRMX-3 pads on the reflex points of brain stem / cerebellum / head and lymph glands on the other foot (one TRMX-3 pad on brain stem / cerebellum / head - located on top, and one TRMX-3 pad on lymph glands - located at bottom as indicated in the foot reflexology chart).
