Hello,
I have been referred to an Endocrinologist for my thyroid:
TSH 0.022
T4 2.00
Free T 4.9
I haven't really had any symptoms. My mom had thyroid issues (not sure exactly what kind), so I asked to have it checked...since I am now in my middle 50s. My appointment with the specialist is not until 4/17.
I have been using your sap sheets for years:
Menopause, weight gain (haven't much luck losing...would like to lose 15 pounds), general well being.
Can I possibly improve my thyroid function with your sap sheets for the month and a half before I go to the specialist? Thank you.
