You are correct for using the hot edition pads (WRX-2) to help people suffering from diabetes.
According to the clinical study (LDL-Cholesterol and Triglycerides), the special edition pad (green tea CC pad) has the capability to significantly stabilize LDL and Triglycerides level. The details of the clinical study can be found at https://www.kenrico.com/research.html#LDL-TRIG
