April 11th, 2023, the District Judge has ruled in Kenrico's favor in trademark infringement lawsuits against an undisclosed companies in India. In its decision, the court issued an injunction blocking unauthorized use of the trademark. Kenrico is awarded an undisclosed amount of compensation.

May 31st, 2022, the District Judge has ruled in Kenrico's favor in trademark infringement lawsuits against an undisclosed company from China. In its decision, the court issued an injunction blocking unauthorized use of the trademark. Kenrico is awarded an undisclosed amount of compensation.
2019
Kenrico Wins Patent Infringement and Unfair Competition Lawsuit
November 30th, 2019, the District Judge has ruled in Kenrico's favor in infringement and unfair competition lawsuits against Legacy Innovations LLC. In its decision, the court agreed that Legacy Innovations LLC used intellectual property of Kenrico without it's owner's permission and sold harmful products imported from China and lied to his customers. Kenrico is seeking USD$1.2 million of compensation.

November 20th, 2019, the District Judge has ruled in Kenrico's favor in infringement and unfair competition lawsuits against Mr. Lapik. The court ordered Mr. Lapik to sell original and authentic Kenrico products only. Kenrico is awarded an undisclosed amount of compensation. April 4th, 2019, the District Judge has ruled in Kenrico's favor in infringement lawsuits against Mr. Schneider. In its decision, the court agreed that Mr. Schneider used intellectual property of Kenrico without it's owner's permission and sold harmful products imported from China and lied to his customers. February 20, 2019, the District Judge has ruled in Kenrico's favor in infringement lawsuits against Fitgear Shops. Fitgear Shops admitted that they sold counterfeit and harmful product purchased from Mr. Schneider. The court ordered Fitgear Shops to stop infringing Kenrico products.

April 5th, 2016, the District Judge has ruled in Kenrico's favor in infringement lawsuits against Vision Studio. In its decision, the court agreed that Vision Studio infringed Kenrico's trademark and patents. The court issued injunction blocking Vision Studio's product from sales. Kenrico is awarded an undisclosed amount of compensation.

Kenrico Wins Copyright Infringement Lawsuit
November 1st, 2013, the District Judge has ruled in Kenrico's favor in copyright infringement lawsuits against Artekas. In its decision, the court upheld Kenrico's intellectual copyright. The court issued an injunction blocking Artekas' products. Kenrico is awarded an undisclosed amount of compensation.

Kenrico Wins Patent Infringement Lawsuit
November 14th, 2011, the District Judge has ruled in Kenrico's favor in infringement lawsuits against Mr. Schuuman and Conticare Inc. In its decision, the court upheld Kenrico's patent on Kenrico SAP Sheet and rules that the patent was valid and enforceable. Mr. Schuuman and Conticare Inc admitted that its product infringed the patent. The court issued an injunction blocking Conticare's products. Kenrico is awarded an undisclosed amount of compensation.

November 7th, 2011, the District Judge has ruled in Kenrico's favor in copyright infringement lawsuits against Erluse Studio. In its decision, the court upheld Kenrico's intellectual copyright. The court issued an injunction blocking Erluse Studio's products. Kenrico is awarded an undisclosed amount of compensation.
