Constant foot pain after 11 weeks in cast and crutches indicates that the wounds have not healed properly. Also, pain when stepping on uneven surface indicate that there is a nerve damage. The good news is that it is very much possible to return the normal movement range without pain with the treatment that we recommended.
To repair the talus bone and its surrounding nerves that includes suppressing the pain, we highly recommend administering The Super Detox Edition (ZEO) and The Supreme Gold Edition (TRMX-3).
