I am planning to start the treatment soon, but I got confused with the dosage, so I now have more questions:
1. For how long should I do treatment, so I will know how many adhesives to order from each type?
2. I have checked the reflexology chart and noticed that the ZEO is only for the left knee / left foot, and is prescribed for Monday and Friday. But then Tuesday and Saturday are the days when I should use 2 adhesives, while on the other days I should use 4. so it got me a little confused (Does 4 mean two on the Right leg and two on the Left? - then it makes more sense to have 2 on Monday and Friday)
Could you elaborate more?
