Heavy metal poisoning

I understand that the TRMX-3 patches are very useful for heavy metal poisoning but where would you recommended i put them on my feet, like should i target just the same spot or should i move the patches every night on different spots of my feet?
Also i have quite a bit amount of paranoia that's making my daily life difficult due to an overdose of DXM a while back that left quite a bit of trauma , do you know what i should apply ?
