Hi Kate,
Dosage of 2 pads per day means a total of 2 pads per day (not 2 of each kind for a total of 4 pads per day).
You can place our pads in several places on the body other than the feet. However, please ensure that you use only the pads and the protocol that we recommended for you.
Hives can be triggered when you have overactive immune system, possibly caused by other unknown protocol and doxycycline antibiotics that you had taken previously. Overactive immune system can trigger severe symptoms similar to autoimmune when the healthy cells are being falsely attacked by your immune system. It is important that you undergo only the protocol using our pads as they are the best treatment to help your condition.
